We would like to hear your thoughts on the emerging proposals for Waldron’s Place at this early stage.
The public consultation will run from Monday 15th June until Sunday 28th June 2026.
During this time, we are holding drop-in events where you can view the proposals, speak to the project team and provide feedback.

What next
The proposals will help inform a future outline planning application to Cheshire East Council. The purpose of an outline application is to establish whether the principle of development and highways access are acceptable.
Further planning applications would then be required for the detailed design of the new community, should the outline application be approved.
