We would like to hear your thoughts on the emerging proposals for Waldron’s Place at this second stage of consultation.
The public consultation will run from Monday 21st September – Sunday 4th October 2026.
During this time, we are holding a drop-in event where you can view the proposals, speak to the project team and provide feedback.

What next
The proposals will help inform a future outline planning application to Cheshire East Council. The purpose of an outline application is to establish whether the principle of development and highways access are acceptable.
Further planning applications would then be required for the detailed design of the new community, should the outline application be approved.
